1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Supremacy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform (such as the Wallet, SMM Store, and App Clones), you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Digital Goods & SMM Services

Our platform provides digital assets, premium accounts, and Social Media Marketing (SMM) services through third-party APIs.

  • SMM fulfillment times are estimates and depend on the respective social media platform's algorithms and API response.
  • Premium accounts are automatically delivered to your transaction history upon successful payment capture.
  • Ensure your target URLs and usernames are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect targets.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and instant automated processing:

  • Wallet Deposits: All wallet top-ups (via PayPal or other methods) are final and non-refundable.
  • SMM & Accounts: Once an order is marked as 'Completed' or 'Processing', no refunds will be issued. Refunds (in the form of account credits) are only granted if the API provider strictly fails to deliver the service and returns an error.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to promote illegal activities, hate speech, or abuse the system/API. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Supremacy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
